Our Meticulous Process

Estate Selection

Our buyers visit over 60 gardens annually, tasting and grading each lot before purchase. Only the top 15% of harvests make the cut.

Quality Tasting

Every batch is cupped by our certified tea tasters in Kolkata. We evaluate aroma, liquor colour, taste, and aftertaste against strict benchmarks.

Blending & Grading

Teas are blended to achieve consistent flavour profiles season after season. Custom blends are crafted for wholesale clients on request.

Packaging & Dispatch

Nitrogen-flushed, food-grade packaging preserves freshness. Orders dispatched within 48 hours from our three national warehouses.
